Welcome to Villa Prima. These House Rules form part of your booking contract (doc 01). They keep the Villa safe and enjoyable for everyone and protect this family home and its neighbours.
Guests and occupancy
- Maximum 14 guests. Only guests named on the booking may stay overnight. No unregistered overnight guests. Day visitors only with the Host’s prior approval.
- The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of the whole party, including children.
Quiet, parties and neighbours
- No parties or events. The Villa is for holiday accommodation only.
- Quiet hours 23:00–08:00. Please keep noise (music, voices, pool area) low, especially at night, out of respect for neighbours.
Smoking, pets
- No smoking inside the Villa. Smoking is permitted only outdoors; please use the ashtrays provided and never discard cigarette ends in the garden (fire risk).
- No pets.
Pool, terraces and safety
- The private pool has no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool, terraces and stairs. No diving; no glassware in the pool area.
- Know where the first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are (shown at check-in). Emergency number in Greece: 112.
- Please do not leave cooking, candles or electrical appliances unattended. Greece has a high wildfire risk in summer — no open fires, fireworks or barbecues except any fixed BBQ provided, used responsibly and fully extinguished.
Looking after the Villa
- Please treat the Villa and its contents with care. Report any damage or breakage to the Host promptly — accidental damage handled openly is fine; unreported damage may be charged to the deposit.
- Keep the Villa reasonably clean and tidy; please leave it in a similar state on departure.
- Switch off air conditioning, lights and appliances when out, and close doors/windows when the A/C is on and when you leave (security and energy).
- Conserve water — it is precious on the coast.
- Do not move furniture between rooms or remove items from the Villa.
Access and security
- Lock doors and windows when you go out and overnight. The Host (or representative) may need access for essential maintenance/safety, with reasonable notice except in emergencies.
- Any CCTV is limited to external/entrance areas for security only; there is no surveillance inside or in private outdoor areas. (Confirm/adjust to your actual setup.)
Check-out
- Check out by 11:00. Please wash up, put rubbish in the correct bins, and return keys as directed.
Consequences
- Serious or repeated breach (e.g. a party, smoking indoors, exceeding guest numbers, a pet, endangering safety) may result in charges to the €500 deposit, recovery of further costs, or being asked to leave without refund.
