These Hospitality Terms explain what is included in your stay, the local fee required by law, and how arrival, departure and services work. They form part of your booking contract (doc 01).
1. What’s included
Your stay includes the use of the Villa as booked, the private pool, terraces and garden, bed linen and towels, a starter supply of essentials (e.g. kitchen and bathroom basics), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and utilities (water and electricity) for normal holiday use. (Adjust this list to match exactly what you provide.)
2. Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (required by Greek law — paid at the Villa)
2.1 Greek law requires a per-night Climate Crisis Resilience Fee for short-term rentals. It is not part of the rent and is collected at the Villa (on arrival or at check-out). 2.2 For Villa Prima (a detached house over 80 m²) the 2026 fee is:
- €15 per night for stays in April–October, and
- €4 per night for stays in November–March. The fee is charged per night, per property (not per person). (Host: confirm the correct size band and current rate with your accountant each year.) 2.3 A receipt is available on request.
3. Arrival (check-in)
3.1 Check-in is from 16:00. We will agree arrival arrangements and key handover with you before the day. 3.2 At check-in we will: confirm the guest details, show you the safety equipment (first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, exits) and the pool/house rules, and pre-authorise the €500 security deposit (see doc 01, clause 8). Please have ID for the lead guest available.
4. Departure (check-out)
Check-out is by 11:00. Please follow the simple check-out steps (rubbish out, dishes done, windows closed, keys returned). Late check-out only if agreed in advance and may carry a charge.
5. Services and extras (optional — keep only what you offer)
Mid-stay cleaning, extra towel/linen changes, a welcome hamper, transfers, a cot/high-chair, or other extras may be available on request and may carry a charge. Please ask before arrival.
6. Cleaning and condition
The Villa is cleaned and prepared before arrival. During your stay you keep it tidy; an end-of-stay clean is included, but excessive mess or cleaning beyond the normal (or removal of stains/odours, e.g. from indoor smoking) may be charged.
7. Maintenance and issues
If something isn’t working, please tell the Host promptly (Info@villaprima.gr) so we can fix it. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues quickly; occasional interruptions to utilities or the pool (e.g. maintenance, supply issues) can happen and are not grounds for a refund unless they make the Villa genuinely unusable for a material period.
8. Safety acknowledgement
You acknowledge the Villa has a private pool with no lifeguard, outdoor steps and terraces, and a hillside setting, and you accept the safety responsibilities in doc 01 (cl. 11) and doc 02 — in particular supervising children at all times.
