The nightly rates you see are indicative, seasonal prices in euro. They give you an honest idea of what a stay costs, but the exact quote for your dates and party is confirmed personally when we reply to your enquiry.

Yes — the minimum varies by season, up to seven nights in high summer. The enquiry form will warn you if your dates fall short, but it never blocks you: send the request anyway and we will tell you honestly whether a shorter stay is possible.

A booking is confirmed once we have sent you a written confirmation and received the deposit. We arrange the deposit and payment details personally when we reply to your enquiry — the full terms are in our booking terms, and we recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. We are flexible where we can be — if your flights make different times easier, mention it in your enquiry and we will see what is possible.

About a five-minute walk down the hill. The harbour, the bakeries and the tavernas are close enough for an evening stroll, while the villa itself stays private and calm.

The villa sleeps up to 14 guests across four bedrooms, with three bathrooms. Only the guests named on the booking may stay overnight — the maximum of 14 is firm.

No. Villa Prima is a family home offered for holiday stays only — no parties or events, no pets, and no smoking indoors. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 out of respect for our neighbours, and the villa is not suitable for teen-only groups.

Yes — families are very welcome, and a travel cot and family essentials are provided. The private pool has no lifeguard, so children must be supervised at all times around the pool, the terraces and the stairs.

Bed linen with bath and pool towels, a mid-stay and final clean, pool and garden care, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, a welcome basket on arrival, and a local host on call throughout your stay. Flights, transfers, car hire and travel insurance are not included; tourist taxes, where applicable, are paid locally.

Aktion–Preveza (PVK) is the nearest, roughly a 40-minute drive from the villa. Athens is about four hours by car, if you prefer a road trip through the mainland.

For the village, no — Paleros is a five-minute walk away. For the wider coast we recommend one: the nearest beach is about five minutes' drive, and Lefkada — reached by bridge, no ferry — is around 30 minutes away with its famous white-sand beaches.

Easily. Small boats can be hired in Paleros for days out toward Lefkada and Meganisi, and a skippered afternoon sail on the bay can be arranged — ask us when you enquire and we will point you to our favourites.
